"Everything was really good, except the actually sleep. We had a terrible night because the room was really. I try to turn the AC on it was broken. Just for that I give it 3 stars, for my family it was really important that sleep especially because we were traveling and driving and walking all day."

"The rooms were very nice but the bed was a bit hard for us. Half the elevators were not working so there was always a long wait with a crowded elevator and we were on the 27th floor. The restaurants were average but very expensive with not so great service. We had to change rooms due to the A/C not working but they gladly moved us. "Tour guide for all three of our tours, Ashley, was amazing! The car lot attendant was informative and kind. She made us feel welcomed. The lady at the check in desk was outstanding and knowledgeable. The tours were great. The steam room was inop. The gym should have been more accessible. We cannot wait until 8am to exercise all the time with our busy itineraries. Beautiful overall."
