"This hotel is beautifully maintained, has comfortable beds, and hot water that doesn’t disappoint. I absolutely loved the centrality of its location, being able to travel on-foot to everything downtown with great ease. Plus, the romantic inner-city views would melt the iciest hearts. "I wish I had said something at the time but the clerk who checked me in said my room number out loud which shouldn't be done due to it being unsafe, luckily no one overheard. There was no staff available in the lobby after 9pm and they mention they have people available in their lobby cafe at all times but during my stay I didn't see anyone. I was given an ADA room even though I did not book one and there were other non-ADA rooms available. The sheets on the bed were scratchy and uncomfortable, there were a few stains/marks on the bedding. The towel warmer did not work in the bathroom and the lighting in the room was terrible but in the bathroom it was the worst, it basically was just the light from the mirror. The hotel looked cute and promising but my experience makes me not want to return."
