"El hotel está muy bien ubicado y el personal es muy amable y atento. Las fotos del lugar no corresponde a la realidad, el cuarto donde estuvimos era muy viejo, olía muchísimo a humedad, las cortinas no servían y no podamos subirlas, estaba obscuro todo el cuarto, tenía muy poca luz, el sofá cama estaba muy incómodo, un día no hicieron el aseo del cuarto y no dieron ninguna explicación, también quisimos pagar una parte en efectivo y no lo aceptaron."

"I gave it a 3 out of 5 because the facility generally did a decent job. Rooms were clean, desk agent was pleasant and helpful. While I expected a pet fee, I thought it was high and concluded that after our experience, they didn't do much to earn it. Plus, it was not easy to determine whether the hotel was pet friendly on the Expedia site and there was no mention of a pet fee that I could find and I actively looked. (I found a pet policy on the hotel website but did not know what the fee was...

"One caveat was the breakfast, the coffee cups where spoiled or old the hot coffee spilled out from the bottom of the cups.
Breakfast should be fully stocked and well prepared meals that is not rushed cooking."
