"i was disappointed with the service start from check in. When we arrived at the hotel at around 2pm, we were given a choice to wait for a room view ocean view of just anyroom that is available, and we choose a room with ocean view as we will be staying for 3 nights. After waiting for about 2 hours at lobby without aircon, when we asked again, they told us that the room was not ready, we have to wait another 2 hours. "This Resort was a perfect location fir Uluwatu area, the staff was always helpful and friendly. Clean rooms and grounds, great amenities. The restaurant food was delicious and healthy. "

"Rooms were so spacious in the suites. Food was so flavourful. The atmosphere was relaxed. The staff were very polite, helpful and willing to do whatever you needed with a friendly smile. The area was close to the islands rop beaches and restaurants."

"Vilken upplevelse få bo extremt nära stranden. Utanför rummet så slog vågorna upp mot sovrumsfönstret vid högvatten. Endast några få enstaka trappsteg så var du på beachen. Visst var det rejält brant att ta sig ned till boendet men väl där så uppslukas du av alla intryck. Packa en lätt packning och bra skor. Personalen är mycket service minded. Maten var mycket god. Det här är en plats att ta det lugnt på utan tv. Unna dig en massage och spela spel istället om du inte vill surfa."
