Beautiful hotel. Amazing details in the lobby. Its massive. Quite a long walk to the front of the hotel, so don't forget anything in your room! Amazing pools and beach. Wouldn't go in the sea though. Beautiful sunrises. Decent air conditioned gym. Breakfast was good, although not the best I've had in Bali. The Indonesian cakes were very nice though.

The hotel is amazing, it is January beautiful. The staff are the most helpful people ever, always polite and friendly. The breakfast staff attend to every need, Lilis and her team are incredibly attentive. The grounds are just amazing. The suite room was the best hotel accommodation I have ever seen! Pool access is great, the hotel Is large so you don't feel as if you are crowded. I was Not happy with Expedia customer service, there was a slight issue about breakfast which Expedia did...

april 2024. back from 5 day stay at the Hilton . Its definitely 5 hotel . Staff cannot do enough for you, polite and very welcoming. Service is incredible and the breakfast buffet is second to none. A real treat to stay there . wouldnt hesitate to visit again. Perfect for families as lots to do but also perfect if you do not have children as its very spacious . In a beautiful area . It isnt walking distance to shops and other restaurants but theres a free shuttle bus to the Bali collection...

We stayed at the Ayodya for 4 nights as a family of four ( wife, toddler son, baby daughter, and myself) and overall had a wonderful time. We booked the all-inclusive package and truly enjoyed the experience—especially our son, who had an absolute blast. The highlights were the food and facilities. The buffet had an exceptional variety, catering to all tastes, and we never got bored of the selection. The pool area was spacious and clean, and the beach was stunning—perfect for relaxing or...

Amazing hotel and lovely experience from arrival to departure. Everything you would expect from a luxury hotel. Great food, from the sumptuous breakfasts to the decadent evening barbecues. Rooms are spacious and comfortable (we had the family suite, which includes two separate rooms with shared living area). Staff are attentive and helpful. Restaurants are of a high quality - and priced accordingly. Alternative dining options close by provide good variety. Would definitely stay again.

Best place to stay with family

It was a nice pleasent stay at the resort Everything was excellent.

Nice hotel , eventough already 29years old property...Very good maintenance 🙏😊

Great staff, nice pool, very good food in restaurant. Highly recommend this hotel in Bali.

All little details were thought about. We were travelling with our 2 month old and 3 year old. We booked a family room. When we arrived the cot and sofa bed were already set up and there was a stair gate at the top of the stairs. The room was equipped with a baby bouncer and baby toiletries, which was a welcome and unexpected surprise. The hotel staff did everything they could to make your stay easy and enjoyable.

Amazing, excellent, faultless hotel, impeccable service throughout from the front desk to house keeping. Excellent location, excellent reception, excellent staff, excellent dining, excellent pool and sun area, excellent live music!... This vacation was heaven on earth...I am running out of words to describe this hotel.. what a hotel... what an experience.... lifetime memory...

My wife & I stayed at the Mulia resort for our honeymoon. No upgrade was given and it's clear that the staff have no discretion to go the extra mile for guests. The hotel was great and very clean and tidy throughout. Staff don't speak good English but very friendly and polite. We had a great time and would recommend this hotel. We only had one issue, as they wasn't an iron in the hotel and apprentely we can only steam or pay for dry cleaning. This is poor for a 5 start resort, having a few...

We came here to spend the first three nights of our trip to Bali. This resort is amazing and was the perfect start to our honeymoon. We stayed in a villa, this was easily the best resort we have stayed in. You are provided a butler and a buggy service to take you around the resort. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating to your needs. The breakfast and afternoon tea which are included are also very very good. The cocktails and drinks in the afternoon tea are free flowing. The living room...

Best place we stay on our honeymoon by a country mile. Highly recommend you stay at The Mulia which should not be mistaken with the Mulia Resort and Village other locations in the resort. You get the full range of services from the excellent Butler service to the beachfront view from your cabana to the excellent suites. Love, Love Love. We had a blast and my wife will want us to come every year. The Food was great but not all the restaurants are meeting the exacting standards the Mulia sets...

I would highly recommend staying in Ayodya Palace. The service and the people are so lovely. The hotel is huge but not impersonal and the hotel itself is Balinese in style which makes your stay feel more authentic. The grounds are exquisite and there is so much space around the pools and beach area that there is no difficulty getting a sun lounger and a place in the shade. The complimentary bicycles are a lovely touch for cycling around the vast grounds and the surrounding area. Staying in the...

This hotel was absolutely wonderful, and the entire staff went above and beyond to make our stay truly enjoyable. They did everything possible to ensure we felt comfortable and well looked after at all times. Always friendly, helpful, and attentive – it was clear they genuinely cared about our comfort and wanted every moment of our stay to be perfect. I would definitely come back here again and highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

3 time we’ve stayed here will be bk again next year No complaints what so ever about this hotel can’t recommend it enough

Cannot recommend this place highly enough. The hotel was beautiful, comfortable, clean, lots of facilities. The breakfast was plentiful. The outstanding element (other than the waterslide according to my daughters) was the staff. So incredibly friendly and helpful, they make the hotel what it is.
