"The best location possible for exploring Prato. We were able to walk to everything downtown. We felt very safe there, also. The hotel was clean. Staff was extremely nice and accommodating. I wouldn't say that the room was the best ever, but all of our needs were satisfied by it. Offsite parking was available and convenient. If we were to go back to Prato, which we will, we would definitely stay there again. Highly recommendable. "

We appreciated the quick response from the host, Walter who came over a few minutes after we couldn’t figure out the dishwasher! He was in communication with us and helped us navigate to the our locations and train station. Large spaces and the AC was very nice!"
