"There is a lady working front desk with a tattoo on her neck. She is not a friendly person and not commentate you what so ever . I asked for Manager she said “manger will not be avalible until Monday .” I asked to change the room she said “ there is no room
Avalible” I asked I don’t care if you put me on less of the room
Just move me to other rooms away from
Loud noises on pool she said “ there is no room avalible .” She needs to find another job she is not good for

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly.
The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room.
We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."
