"First night no water available. No wifi on top of it even tho it says free wifi. I told the front desk they gave me a new code. Didn’t work so I went to bed. Next day came back in the night same thing no wifi went downstairs to tell them they said they would like maintenance know. Then the next day after dance competition I come inside and ask for an update on the wifi. The manager in the mid shift, on Saturday, I told him the issue Cus there all are NOT on the same page. I let him know I’ve used all my data . He then says to log in to the wifi in the lobby. I then explained, it works downstairs but not in my room. He then says oh well there’s nothing I can do. I then ask for the manager had know idea he was it because he is unprofessional, he then says oh well it is free so.. I said if people knew there was no wifi here as I do have a child with me I would’ve booked else where I’ve been told for two days that they would figure it out. He then starts typing on his computer I’m thinking he is doing something to assist me and my family. I’m standing there he then opens his mouth ten minutes later as he continues to type asking if I figure it out if I needed more help. I then said pardon aren't u doing something on your end I have been standing here this whole time and you as a manger have said no words nothing. I was so confused. He then says we’ll give you 40 dollars off. that’s it I went another two nights without wifi. Never will I stay there again. "
