"Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet das gleiche gilt für das Zimmer. Wir wurden gleich freundlich von den Mitarbeitern empfangen. Wir konnten als Gast den großen Kühlschrank mit benutzen um Getränke zu kühlen. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und man bekam immer einen Teller mit etwas Obst aus dem Garten. Und dazu die tolle Aussicht auf den Ozean."

"Not Worth it, Price Like 4-5 hotel. It Like motel. .Very noisy during the day and night, people are passing your corridor to go to lobby and dragged their luggages . NO elevator, I need to carry All luggages to level 1 downstairs. Staffs helpful and friendly. I booke d for 4 adults. bed like queen but a bit small. Shouldn’t be for for 4 adults. No kettle and you need to pick up all glass, tea and coffee in receptions., bring your own water bottle as well. "

"Family run inn on the second floor of a historic building. Newly renovated rooms with A/C, comfy bed, and easy self-checkin. It was perfect for our one night stay in downtown Hilo."

"I liked the atmosphere of the place. Very close to the Boys and Girls( my grandson played baseball there). The only thing I didn’t like was parking reverse in. Other than that perfect! Even the roosters and koki frogs didn’t bother me!"

"Not a bad location, close to nice restaurants and cafe, a short drive to downtown. Had the room at the end of the hallway with nice view of the bay. Building is old and need some renovations. Coin operated washerx4 and dryerx6 next to the lobby but have to buy detergent from store. Golf course across the street has terrible greens, but fairways are very good."

"Host was very nice and helpful at check in. Amenities were sufficient. Nice welcome amenity in room and much appreciated. Light on porch was out making it hard to see. Shower facility in room was different. No waste basket in bathroom or a place to put toiletries and makeup when trying to use the mirror. Everyrhing got wet in bathroom when showering. No luggage rack or dresser Room very clean. Nice big clean kitchen with sufficient supplies. Very quiet area. Easy access to room was needed...

"Beautiful hotel.We noticed a great deal of attention to detail.The animals were wonderful.Setting was peaceful.There was one issue.I asked the day before arrival if I could check in at 2 since we had an excursion starting at 4.Josh was at a graduation but we called him and he was able to give us the code.We dropped off our things and left.We returned at 11 pm and noticed the room had only 1 bed.We registered as a group of 3.There were only 2 towels.I didn't want to bother anyone so late so my...

"This was amazing! Great staff, great location AND there's even a swimming hole (5 min walk, if that) with a waterfall! I've never stayed in a shared house before, but this one has spoiled me! It's close enough to be able to drive to all the good tourist spots. Oh, and hopefully you're there for the "big" farmers market on Saturdays. If I get back to the Big Island I'll be coming back here! Thank you for the great time!"
