"This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way! The location is perfectly walkable, the staff are incredibly friendly, and the lounge offers free coffee all day. Rooms are spacious, stylish, and thoughtfully designed, complete with a kitchenette (microwave, fridge, kettle, stovetop, and espresso machine). I loved all the design touches throughout the space.
My only suggestion would be to add safety handles/bars in the shower/tub area to make it easier and safer to step out."

"A perfect place to call home for a week in Nice. Lots of options in close proximity for dining and minutes from the water and a terrific transit system. Reception was super helpful and the facilities were everything we needed! Wonderful stay. "

"This property is perfectly located to enjoy everything Nice has to offer.
The room was clean and beds were comfortable.
The rooftop terrace was a lovely space to enjoy drinks or snacks that you have brought. Or catch a little afternoon sun.
Staff were welcoming and helpful.
I may have missed arrival instructions, but it would be advantageous to have the parking garage code on the day of arrival as there is no where to wait in your car while checking in.
I highly recommend this hotel for a few...

"This was a different hotel experience for me. Really it's kind of an apartment building where they took part of one floor and made 8-10 hotel rooms out of it. You have a key to get into the building and your own code to get into the lobby and rooms. "Pretty good location, almost anywhere I'd want to go in Nice was little more than a 30 minute walk away, with lots of good public transport for most others. Only issue with location is that I was frequently going to palais des expositions which doesn't have a direct route by public transport so walking was usually faster.
I can't speak for the "student" aspect of the hotel as I used it just as a room for a few nights and never went to communal areas. But the room was clean with a good view and...
