"This hotel was perfectly comfortable, and the staff were so helpful. We only stayed one night because we had early flights the next morning, but the shuttle ran nearly around the clock, and the staff gave perfect guidance on which time to leave to be at the airport in time to reduce stress.
They called taxis for us during the day and provided food and snacks when needed.
The beds were comfortable, and you had options for pillows and blankets, which made it even better."

"Very clean and posh hotel. Check in line was a bit of a wait, but the staff in all areas were very kind and ready to serve you. Room bed was super comfortable, had a massage in the spa that was amazing. The only comment is that the massage room was right across from the pool which was a bit noisy. Perfect for next day flight stay for convenience."

"Absolutely perfect place in Athens. Stayed here one night in a family suite, and the room was spotless and plenty of room for our family of 4. Pool is lovely, breakfast delicious, lobby is huge with tons of seating, rooftop restaurant is gorgeous and delicious, and all the hotel staff go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. If I ever come back to Athens, I would stay here again without question."

"It was my 5th stay at the property. Sadly no improvements...found indoor pool closed and obviously rooftop doesn't exist any more, but prices are higher than before! No herbal tea available and poor quality black tea only in room. No vegan yoghurt for breakfast either, no cherries/strawberries as I remember from the past stays. Maintenance not the best - shower light and corridor one wouldn't close due to broken switch which is really disturbing the sleep. Overall location remains good and...
