"We travelled in Malaysia in Mar 2026 and stayed at EQ hotel for 6 days. It has met our high expectation from all the reviews we read. The place is clean and nicely decorated. Pool is beautiful, the monsoon shower in the locker room is a must try experience. Sauna, steam room, gym, and locker room are all clean and modern. Mini bar is complimentary, which is a nice touch. Staffs are friendly, professional, greet guests with warm smile. We did not try any of their restaurants because there are simply too many delicious food outside at a very reasonable price. Restaurants in the hotel are extremely pricy. At this price point, including breakfast would have been reasonable. The location is within walkable distance from KLCC and Pavilion mall. The only problem is traffic … horrible. Overall, it was a great experience for us, and it was enhanced by staying in a tower facing room."

"Property is clean but show sign of age. Staffs are generally friendly with the exception of front desk receptionists who has poker face most of the time; a little smile goes a long way. There is quite a distant from the front desk to the elevator, which involve going up an escalator; I am not sure how physically challenged people can make it up there."
