"Dårlig start ved, at der undskyldes med, at de først har modtaget vores booking dagen før og ikke tilbyder baby seng. Der er heller ingen legeplads, som der står på Hotels.com Derefter fejl ved servering af frokost. Derefter myrer på værelset... da vi vågnede om morgenen var der en stor kakerlak på gulvet. Da vi skulle betale ville de have betaling for den ekstra seng som manageren tilbød fordi de ingen baby seng havde. De endte dog med ikke at kræve betalingen for ekstra seng....

"Best hotel I have every stayed at. Truly was a 5 star experience, when you arrive they serve you a drink and a scented towel and shuttle you with your bags to your room and give a tour of the room. Our villa had a private pool and there were 7 monkeys outside to greet us which was pretty incredible. The room was clean and spacious.
