"This hotel does not deserve to operate as a Hilton property. I was not greeted as a Hilton Honors member or at all! I stated I was checking in and gave my name, was asked for ID and credit card and given cards. The first room I was assigned the key would not open the door. So myself, a 8 year old child and a full luggage cart had to return to the front desk and they assigned us a different room on the same floor. It took usually 2-3 swipes of the key card to open that door. The beds are rock...

"The Western Hotel is an older hotel and needs a little updating. The room had everything we needed. It was clean, in a safe location and reasonably priced. Staff was friendly. I would stay again."

"Sheets and bedspread had cigarette burn holes. Stains on sheets. Handicap room that had brackets sticking out on one side of bed. Room is in severe need of repairs and updates. At least one electrical outlet would not firmly hold a plug and is a fire hazard. Breakfast was really lacking compared to previous years we have been there. TV access was very poor and worse than NTSC quality. Staff did what they could and offered another room. But it was the same. We have photos but cannot get them...
