"The staff was amazing and bent over backwards for us. In fairness, the hotel was undergoing renovations which closed down many of the amenities. We were charged a reduced rate due to this ongoing disruption, therefore, our experience was not reflective of a normal stay. The hotel definitely needed the work, as the interior was old and tired- looking."
