"It was perfect for our trip!"

"The rooms are ok but the pool is very outdated. All the lounge chair are old and stained/dirty. The worst is the main lounge/restaurant. It took so long for someone to bring us water, then we had to wait another 10-15mins for a server to come take our order, then 30mins for the foods to come. And that's early in the morning with no hardly any guest yet. For the price that we pay, it does not meet the luxury standard by any mean. "

"Beautiful hotel however we weren’t aware the pool and outside bar was going to be closed for an event. That was one of the reasons we booked this specific hotel. We wanted to do dinner as well but it was beyond packed. Overall beautiful hotel. "

"Staff was great, outdoor seating area was so charming, pool area was nice but we didn't go in. Beds were comfortable. We loved the dining options steps from the hotel, including the Chinese place next door to the 7 Eleven and the Mediterranean place on the other side of Santa Ana ave. We didn't try the on site restaurant, the prices seemed high. I really appreciated the filtered water in the lobby and complimentary coffee. Great price, great experience! "Great hotel very well designed and everything, staff seem entitled had better customer service at a McDonalds. No one greeted me when walking in at all during my entire stay except once from valet. Pretty sure that should be common courtesy from a “4 star” hotel. Had a pretty good interaction with a waiter but other than that I didn’t even wanna interact with the employees. All I can say is great in every way but customer service sucked.😅"

"The room was really nice and comfortable, and the price was great for what you get. I loved how quiet the hotel was—it made the stay very relaxing. The staff was friendly, and the hot tub was nice and hot. They have a pool as well. I didn’t try the free breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. Overall, a very good stay and I’d recommend it."

"I had a lovely stay, the STAFF are extremely nice and helpful. However I had a hard time saying goodbye to my beautiful friends, Maribel, Adela, Agustin, Jose and David at restaurant/bar. "I enjoyed the marble spa jetted tub in the room. The breakfast semmed like a good idea, at first. I have to realize i need to lower my expecrations when it comes to a free breakfast. The eggs were bland. The potatoes were rubbery, and the sausage tasted off. They had a waffle iron so if you are into that, that would be your best bet. Otherwise, cereal and coffee. "
