"Property is beautiful. Bug season was upon us. Pool area attendants need to actually attend to the pool and keep it clean and the area around the pool. Should have a chair system for saving chairs. You can have as many chairs that are in your party. People have 10 chairs for 4 people. Garbage in and around the property piles up and takes away from the beauty of the property. Overall, if it want for the bugs, we could have enjoyed the outdoors more. Staff is kind and friendly. Lots of amenities....

"This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The air conditioning barely worked. We told the staff about it, and they said they would come fix it, but no one ever did.
The room smelled terrible, and there were dead bugs on the floor. The so-called free Wi-Fi didn’t work, and the TV didn’t work either. It even had grocery bags stuffed behind it, which was very strange.
At night, there was a lot of yelling. We heard people shouting, “We’re going to call the police if you do not leave,” which...
