"We loved our time in Maiori and at HSF. The staff was wonderful— shout out to Angelo who was an absolute pleasure and made our trip unforgettable! The front desk employees were incredibly nice and helpful for us as first time Italy goers and were able to answer any questions we had about travel / buses / etc. The room was clean and had soap, AC, refrigerator, safe, and a beautiful balcony overlooking the water with chairs and a small table. "Rooms were very clean. Staff was also super helpful and polite. Transport was easy from the airport and to the train station. The hotel is located next to a good restaurant. Just down the steps you are in the small main area with shops and lots of restaurants and a 5 min walk to the beach!! The hotel will even make reservations for you if you want somewhere to eat or if you want a ferry trip. I would definitely stay here again!!!!"

"It was a smaller scale, cozy hotel outside of Amalfi. More on the vintage side. The included breakfast was amazing! Great selection, fresh and friendly staff! The view was amazing as well. The lemoncello at dinner was excellent, but the dinner itself was very disappointing. We had four meals and they were all simply bad! Did not return for more dinners. The bus stop is right at the door of the hotel, which is nice. If the bus comes and stops. Very unpunctual! There is small but nicely secluded...

"Millions of stairs to climb with your luggage. The helper can only carry one, so you’re stuck with the rest.. 82 stairs on high elevation. Elevator broken during one point so now your walking up more stairs to your room. The spa only has one masseuse so no couples massages. One goes while the other waits. The room was nice. Just getting to it was an issue"
