"I really liked the location to the Old Town and the River Boat trips.I loved the space, the room with a lounge/dining/kitchenette/ bedroom, and the generous shower room. There were TVs in the lounge and the bedroom. There were no dishes or cutlery, but it suited us to have coffee, yoghurt, etc., and there was a good-sized fridge and microwave. It was also nice one night to have a carry-out from Patathai and sit at the table and relax. The Radisson is surrounded by a great choice of Restaurants. We travelled as a couple, but it would be suitable if you had a child, as the sofa was a sofa bed.
I was confused by Expedia's site, as it said "with breakfast," but when I paid, they said I had to choose it. We ended up with Spa access that you had to book, but we never used it. I would rather have had breakfast included. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
I did, however, have reflexology and a Thai massage, which was worth every penny. The therapist was amazing.
Olga booked us in; she was friendly and professional. I was really impressed with the space in the studio apartment, and that the windows open if you don't want to use the air-conditioning. Viktora had the room really clean and well looked after throughout our stay. The beds were really comfortable. I did like the separate duvets."
"The room was very clean and welcoming. We had a small balcony which was unexpected. Our twin room had comfortable beds and air con and the balcony door could also open as a window. The mini bar was very reasonably priced and tea/coffee in the room too. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had fruit, cheese, cold meats, eggs, tea coffee, hot plates with an assortment of polish sausage and pierogi. Fantastic choice. We also ate in the restaurant one evening and had chicken with fondant potatoes which was delicious.
The bathroom had everything required and was very tastefully decorated.
The complimentary Spa was outstanding. Very helpful staff, pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna.
I liked the location on the river BUT there is no way to walk alongside it into the main city. The city is approx 5/10 minutes walk through and underpass below a motorway. I highly recommend this hotel and I can’t wait to return"
"The location of this hotel is absolutely ideal because it is a 5 to 6 minute walk to the main square yet quiet due to having a couple blocks distancing the hotel from the activity of the Square. The restaurant is phenomenal as was the breakfast. For being an Expedia member, both of my rooms received a complementary bottle of sparkling wine, and one of the upgraded rooms received complementary beverages as well. The staff was extremely helpful. They assisted us in booking train tickets to our next destination and organizing early taxis back to the train station Poznan Glowny. We thoroughly enjoyed the 24 hour coffee, tea water station in the lobby with great cappuccinos. A green outdoor sitting space was perfect to enjoy our complementary bottle of bubbly. The rooms were very clean and modern and were organized to use the small space efficiently. Traveling from the United States we had excess luggage and the closet was very small. However, for the typical European four-day weekend client the rooms were perfect!"
"Well equipped apartment in good distance to the city center and main attractions. Overall very comfortable. Nice view to the river.
No coffee maker/pot that was promised. No room cleaning unless requested and paid extra - not an issue but something that should be flagged in the listing.
Pool felt more like a big bathtub when 40+ are allowed in at the same time but the saunas were very nice and hot."
"It appears to be a new or recently renovated hotel, so clean, modern all works. Located just outside of the old town of Gdansk it offers a nice mix of accessibility and quiet."
