"Pool and hot tub were great. They accept pets but the pet area needed cleaning. The rooms were what you expect from a days inn. You get what you pay for. Parking was great since we had a boat. Breakfast was basic but really good. Normal eggs and sausage and waffkes and cereal. It was perfect for the family and the price. Will probably stay again for the price. Also right next to the grocery store so that was super convenient."

"The pillows were so small you need multiple pillows to make one. The towels are super small and they do not make the bed for you on a 2 night stay. We expected this. It’s a motel 6 so we knew what we were getting. For the price it is expected but the location is perfect for launching a boat at Site 6 on the island at lake havasu city. We really wish this was a better kept property but we don’t spend much time in the room. The pool was ok but the hot tub is not working anymore. The property certainly needs an update."

"The room was not worth the price. It was dusty, and the TV did not work. When we tried to get assistance, there was no housekeeping staff available at night, and it was difficult to reach anyone for help. Overall, the experience was disappointing and did not meet expectations. Never again"
