"Paid extra for a balcony, balcony was soaking wet (probably from the AC), not safe to sit on, slightly wobbly. The light from the outside lights and the lights in the hallways make the room so bright (very poor seal around door and poor curtain coverage) my child wouldn’t sleep. Advertised there is a bathtub (for my child) and there wasn’t, bathroom has been nicely renovated but we chose this place because a bath tub was advertised. "The service desk lady gave a girl a key to my room without my knowledge and a parking pass with my name. She never asked the girl for an ID. When I checked in I had to show an identification. This was a complete violation of my privacy and security, I want a full refund!!!! This is 200% unacceptable!!!"

"The room smelled awful. It was musty/moldy. You could hear everything! People next door were talking at a normal volume and it was like they were the same room. Couldn’t even closed the drapes and I was in the first floor so people could see it. I didn’t sleep at all."

"The room was a very good size. I would suggest getting an upgrade on the bathroom. It was very tiny. You had to move close to the sink in order to shut the door, the toilet was extremely low sitting, there was no room to put your toiletries. A really small bathroom. Lighting was dim. I think better LED lights/bulbs would work much better in the entire room. The staff were all so helpful and friendly. I enjoyed talking with them and it was really a family style atmosphere because of them....

"Everything was wonderful. Exactly as described. All the little things were perfect, breakfast, housekeeping, snacks, the view, parking, etc.. Location is walking distance from the beach and restaurants, but far enough for quiet privacy. Thank you Cheryl (hope I'm spelling that right), you have a lovely property. Would love to return."
