"I wish I could add pics for everyone to see. No water or sugar for coffee. No one at the desk after 9pm and not before 10am the following day. Found blood on the sheets that didn't belong to us. Door wouldn't open because carpet was too high. Best one was a full size couch in the hallway so trying to get around it w/your bags was difficult. I fell trying to go around 😩. There was no kitchen."

"Clean room, comfortable bed, great ac, and a friendly staff. It’s being renovated. No available elevator and the coffee machine in the breakfast area was out of order. The breakfast choices were extremely limited, even basic stuff like yogurt was locked up. Thankfully there is a McD in the same lot; get breakfast there. The place did the job for a quick stay."

"It was super sketchy looking when we pulled up. Checked in and the lobby smelled, parked car around back and it was a bit scary. Walked into room that didnt feel safe, place smelled. The bathtub was old blue and dirty. The beds had large pivots in them, I was scared to use blacklist on bedding. My daughter didnt want to spend night as it was disgusting and she didn't feel safe. We didn't go back, drive home 3 hours instead. They would not refund me any money, not even a call back. $175...

"Came to Concord for my husband's book signing of his latest book "Buried NH" and check in was super easy, friendly staff, and clean room. Will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Concord."

"The elevator was out of order and we senior citizens were on the second floor; the downstairs bathroom adjacent to the lobby women's room: lock requires fixing. The continental breakfast: 4 on a 10 scale"

"We stayed 3 nights. The room smelled of dirty feet the first time and as we entered repeatedly. Staff was very helpful first 2 days. Night desk female clerk on night 3 was bordering on rude and did not seem to be interested in customer service. Requested handicap accessible room when booked. Rm was right off lobby, 1st floor, great location. Thank you. However, NOT handicapped friendly. Not enough room to move the wheelchair between the beds or to window. Beds are too high for wheelchair...
