"The hotel is very close to the centre of Porto and the nightlife area. I was a little worried about the noise, but there wasnt any. The hotel was very quiet and the rooms lovely and clean. The rooms were very clean and well equipped. The staff were outstanding and could not have been more helpful, especially as were due to leave on teh day of the national strike and our travel plans were up in the air. "Stayed here for 1 night only. Two adults one young child so was fine for us. Short walk form Bolhao metro station. Sofa bed was very short but no issues for our child but wouldn't recommend for an adult. That said, me our needs and kitchenette was very useful. Roof terrace was lovely in the evening and staff were great."

"The hotel’s location is excellent. It is close to the metro, surrounded by many restaurants, cafés, and shops, and within easy walking distance of many of the city’s main attractions. The breakfast was very generous with a wide variety of options, and there was free coffee 24 hours a day. "The best thing about hotel Oporto is the location for the price. I got a fabulous view of the Sao Joao festival fireworks. The room was bare bones but clean. The whole hotel seemed more empty and weird like The Shining. I think it must fill for conferences. The staff and breakfast were fine."
