"What a great location. Quiet but close to all the action. Check in girl was unhelpful as was finishing her day. But night reception were lovely. No one really went out of their way to provide recommendations. Room was clean and comfortable, shower/bathroom very nice. AI told us to park in a parking station as there were supposed to be parking restrictions but we saw many tourists driving in Segovia. Parking for 12 hrs cost €27!!! I had sent message on Expedia prior to arrival but heard nothing from the hotel. But the walled city is just so spectacular we really didn’t mind the poor service."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Cetina in Segovia. It is a beautiful boutique hotel with spacious, beautifully designed rooms and an amazing bed. We slept incredibly well! The hotel has a lovely courtyard where you can sit and enjoy a drink in the evening, and we really appreciated the stylish interiors and overall atmosphere. The location is excellent. It is very close to the Roman Aqueduct and within easy walking distance of the historic center and many of Segovia’s main sights. We were also pleasantly surprised by how easy parking was. We were always able to find a spot right in front of the hotel on the street, and the parking was inexpensive and very easy to pay for through the online system. There is also a nearby garage. Most of all, we loved the staff. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and helpful. They recommended excellent restaurants and even helped us find a swimming pool that was open on Sunday where my husband could practice laps, which was especially appreciated! Overall, Hotel Cetina was a wonderful choice for our stay in Segovia. Beautiful, comfortable, perfectly located, and with genuinely lovely staff. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it."

"Last of us meets Sponge Bob. The hotel was wonderful for us but not for the usual reasons. The place had a nautical theme with an interesting galley/rooms/dining area. The place seemed empty but there were people checking in and out periodically. The staff was excellent--completely helpful, willing to accommodate where possible, all in all around some of the best we experienced in Spain. The odd parts to the building-- the nautical sitting room which had no one in it, The Gym was included was across abridge--oddly enough the Spa was closed so no one is in the whole building. Gym was fine for a work out but during daylight only as I don't think the shower/locker area had power. In a few places there were beer bottles/wine bottles that were not cleared away, god only knows how long they were there. This added to the experience in the eeriness quotient of the place, but not in a creepy or scary way. The dining room was interesting. the breakfast was good. The bar/tavern is closed, but looked cool in a Long John silver way. All told, this place seemed lost in time, run down around the edges, but speaking of better days. We loved it, but not everyone will."
