"This hotel is incredibly great! We loved staying here. The facilities, staff, room and the service is incredible.
Only thing we think could improve is the massage services can always be better, and have more diverse offerings with varied therapist that are more confident.
The other thing was that the room service was always great but even tho there was moments we didn’t want anybody in the room they still came in to clean up…
Overall it was amazing!!!"

"We stayed at Ibis Porto São João for two nights and found the location very convenient, with Uber making it easy to get around. The room was simple but very clean and had what we needed for a short stay. The garage was also easy to access.
The best feature was the small mall underneath the hotel, accessible directly by a connecting staircase. It had several places to eat and a laundromat, which was especially handy during our trip. Breakfast was okay."

A bit of a climb or a few euro taxi journey from Penafiel's town centre, the Park provides very comfortable rooms – with bathtubs, WiFi and smart furnishings. Staff extremely friendly but a little slow – took them ages to look for (and not find) a map of Penafiel, explain things, etc. Spa consisted of two saunas, dry and wet, both quite large, and a nice-sized jacuzzi. Pool out of commission as there was an exercise class going on – no-one at reception said. Breakfast a spread of nice breads,...

Smiling Places is the most incredible guest house; Elizabeth and Fernando the most wonderful and kind hosts. We were walking the Camino with our children - weary from a long walk - and this was a perfect stop. Washing machine is excellent. Breakfast was plentiful. Beds very comfortable.

Over a smallish shopping mall with supermarket and cafes, and right next to IPO metro station with frequent trams to Porto's historic centre. Much cheaper then more central hotels, so offered excellent value for money.

I highly recommend this place to stay. It is so peaceful and beautiful. It is slightly rual to the centre of Braga, so the surroundings and views are so picturesque and peaceful but only 10 mins drive to Braga centre.
The rooms are spacious with air-conditioning. Amazing quality for the beds. Good amenities, lots of space.
The whole place is very clean and tidy. The pool is decent and there are lots of seats and sun loungers outside and on the balcony areas.

Quarto tava limpo e organizado. Segunda vez que eu fico no ibis e deu tudo certo. Otima localização já que fica perto do Guimarães shopping, e da estação de autocarros que foi onde eu peguei o transporte pra voltar pro aeroporto logo de manhã. Cama bem comfortavél :3

Lovely spacious rooms, super comfortable bed and linen. Nice bathroom products. Great to have a bathroom with a bidet too.
Although not in the historic centre it was only a 10-15 min Uber ride and they were excellent value. There is a supermarket a 3 min walk if you need anything and a lovely cafe 5 min walk if you don’t want a big breakfast at hotel.
Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved it from the start of my stay. Alberto was a lovely man who was exceptionally gracious, friendly and helpful.
Personal touches like little chocolates left on the bed to luxurious towels and bathrobe. Nothing was too much trouble for Alberto or the housekeeper Susanna. The distance from the centre was quite a way but not a problem for me but may be for someone with mobility issues. Would love to visit again.

This place was simply superb.
That started with one of the hosts, Ana, organising a taxi to pick us up from the airport and bringing us to the guest house. Her instructions how to get in and find our key were great.
The room was really lovely and slightly quirky with the bare stone wall and bed at a slight angle. The bathroom was large. Everything was really comfortable and clean.
The location is great. You are not too far from anything, and Porto is a walk about city, so nothing is that far.
