"Check in at 4pm. We arrived at 5 pm. Had to wait 30 minutes for our room availability! Staff ambivalent. Agter 30 minute delay had to inquire. Then told. Oh yeah it is ready"

"Breakfast is not included. Parking was another issue. Valet was $40. Only other option was to risk parking on a busy street lined with fraternity houses. Room and bed were amazing."

"Great place to stay! The breakfast was excellent, and we really enjoyed our stay overall. The only suggestion I have is to provide a clearer description of the sofa bed. We expected it to pull out into a traditional bed, but it did not, so that was a bit surprising. A more detailed description in the listing would help future guests know what to expect. Other than that, it was a great place to stay!"

"Very friendly staff. Room was okay. The bed and pillows are unforgiving. Two days later and still sore. One of two elevators was out, making it a 10-15 minute wait. A false fire alarm went off at midnight. Not the most restful stay, but the view of the river was gorgeous."

"The property was fun and unique. Great location. I have had a fairly recent knee replacement and I confirmed there was an elevator. I was on third floor. The elevator did not work coming down from the third floor. It gets worse, the last day and a half I was there, the elevator did not work to the third floor at all! The steps nearly killed me. I could almost believe their reason for the elevator not working at all had it not been a fact that it only partially worked the day I checked...

"Beautiful/clean room. Parking was a bit of a hassle, garage 2 blocks away and valet was very backed up. They may need to consider, when large amounts of people are checking in the same day, to stagger check-in times rather than have everybody checking in at the same time. Roads were backed up, police were blocking off the road so you couldn’t even turn there and valet could not keep up with the amount of people. Otherwise, would highly recommend."

"Great hotel for weekend visit to Cincinnati. We roamed around the city, and the location was great as a home base. The parking situation was worth the $9 we paid. Room was clean and modern. Great TV setup. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was hot. Pool was clean, but not what I would call warm. Kids didn't mind. Will definitely keep it on our list next time we stay overnight in Cincy."

"This was our second stay at this SpringHill Suites. Everything was very clean and comfortable and staff was friendly. The continental breakfast was excellent for most of my family, but gluten free options were lacking. (I have celiac disease, and was able only to eat yogurt for breakfast) so some prepackaged gluten free items like muffins would be nice additions."
