Check in was fast and easy. They had all my information correct. Very clean room and the whole hotel was so clean and staff very friendly.

Took awhile to check in. Staff member kept blaming the computer. Happened again at check out.

Great room Liked having 2 sinks in the bathroom area Friendly staff Great greeting upon arrival Was disappointed that the dining room and bar areas were closed. Had heard wonderful things about them Proximity to downtown Pendleton was perfect Will plan on staying there again

Toilet seat was loose, there was a dirty wash cloth in the shower curtain, and the surfaces had not been dusted in a while. Property advertised a restaurant on site, turns out it was a church with no food service.

This is an older property but has been kept in good condition. The check-in was a little slow, but the desk staff were very friendly and got the job done.

The only thing I didn't like was that the restaurant was closed and we had to go out to eat when I was expecting to eat on site.

Everything was as expected. The bed had a mattress topper on it that was way too soft, and the bottom sheet was too small to accomodate having the topper, so the sheet came off during the night. Otherwise the room was fine.

Room 317--The toilet mechanism had a way of being misaligned so that the water kept running into the tank until the lever was wiggled to make the valve seat just right.

Lovely location. Great views of rolling lawn and fields. Very quiet, great price. No restaurant tho. Property at one time was very high end. Spacious room. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful views of valley. Pool & jacuzzi were closed. Chair was dirty and found French fries under edge of bed. We had a toddler with us so that was disgusting.

It's definitely dated, but very clean. Staff was super friendly. You can tell this hotel was quite fancy in it's heyday. I would stay again, for sure. The view is gorgeous.

Very dated hotel but was clean and reasonably priced. There was no coffee in the room which in my opinion is a reason to never again the hotel

The door to our room would not unlock so they moved us to a different one. No coffee maker in room. The entire building smelled bad (like rat poison). I could see why there was availability here but no where else in town.

Staff is friendly Hotel’s best years are definitely in the rear view mirror, but it is a solid value for money spent. Plenty of parking and rooms are comfortable with great views.

This was probably the worst 3* hotel I've stayed in. It was run down and dirty. The bathroom had lojg hairs and small chest or pubic hairs on the floor and in the tub and sink on arrival. The chair had a lost earring sitting on it, and the room smelled weird. The thermostat was probably 40 years old and I don’t think it worked well. The staff that checked us inwas fine, but the checkout staff was ride and unhelpful.

No dining as restaurant was closed. At least it was quite because there were very limited guests. Pet rooms were great but the room had no shower curtain and the hot water pressure would get lower as you increased the temp. Staff was very accommodating, friendly, and went above and beyond to help with each issue. We had 12 people in our group and all stayed here only because it was less then the casino which did not offer any kind of discount for the 80 to 100 people (bowlers spouses) coming in for the bowling tournament for 6 weekends.

I wouldn't stay here again. The foyer is very nice (which they highlight on their website) but not as much care is given to the rooms. Cleaning was poor. The biggest negative though was that while there were less than 12 cars in the lot they gave us a room at the far end of a second hallway. Maybe that was to make up for no work-our room. They gave a lame excuse for not having breakfast available.

This is a nice place to stay. It's clean, quiet, and safe. You can't beat the value. I wish they had a breakfast though.
