"Clean room and hardworking housekeeping crew. Very polite and helpful staff at the reception, quick check in for late arrival, helped me with arranging for pickup for my tour (Danny), polite and attentive (Nita - help with breakfast boxes due to early morning departure and Suwati). Good location, close to walk to Kuta Beach. Also good breakfast buffet and attentive staff at this restaurant. Look like a nice swimming pool, but did not get a chance to use it. Spa on this location was great "

The service was outstanding and friendly, the spa was excellent, the restaurant was superior food and service, the room was very nice, the pool also was very nice, and the setting was amazing. The jungle was peaceful, the monkeys were fun to watch from the outside gazebo. Very relaxing atmosphere, very elegant. A perfect trip."

"We had a premier pool villa and it was great! It felt like we were all alone in a big resort… breakfast was great with a good variety of different foods… prime position to go out and eat, shop and just wander, beach is across the road… bed good, air con good, no real issues at all"
