We appreciated there was a security at the front entrance to verify if you were a guest of the property and that we were safe. "We stayed here for a week and it was close enough to main areas to walk to markets, restaurants and even the beach if you like a longer walk. Otherwise its only a short taxi ride. Its also in a good spot for exploring other parts of bali and we hired a driver to take us on day trips to Sanur, Ubud, Nusa Dua etc. We liked the family villa and it was very spacious, the staff were lovely and kind and helped in anyway they could. The breakfast was great and we loved the variety of foods to choose...

There was no language barriers with the staff and the local people in the region. In a good location too the shopping places, restaurants and bars The manager of the property also gave me and my husband a complimentary Balinese Massage for an hour, which was much needed. "

"很明顯他們的員工不夠，訓練也不夠，員工服務非常慢，從來沒住過這麼遭的五星級飯店。我們帶著兩個小孩抵達飯店時沒有人出來拿行李，我進去找人才有一個女服務生推著車出來，但是他完全幫不上忙，只站在旁邊看著。櫃檯只有一個人在服務，沒有人指引要去哪裡辦理入住。我們在房間點了一份炒麵也是等了40分鐘。我需要一個嬰兒座椅在房間，等了20分鐘來了一個人說要幫我整理嬰兒床，我說我需要的是嬰兒座椅，再等20分鐘才來。一張座椅要等40分鐘？當你需要飯店的服務時都要等很久，我們對於Pullman感到非常失望，我絕不會再去也不會推薦朋友去住"

"My second time staying at Andaz Bali, forth time for Andaz including Singapore. I find the service quality consistent across the different places, a unique experience I have not found with other hotels I stayed. Compared to our first stay at Andaz Bali, my breakfast experience was greatly improved. There was so little waiting time for my orders unlike the first time when it took quite a while waiting time. Good improvement. Will definitely stay again here."
