"This is our 4th year staying at the Parkview for the Syracuse Arts Festival. It is within walking distance to our booth site downtown and allows us to bring our dog. It is an older property but we just love the beautiful touches, such as the Tiffany glass in the lobby. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. "Beautiful and great location "

"Our family vacationed on a road trip for 12 days, and this was our favorite hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. Mary, at the front desk, went way out of her way to be so helpful to us in everything we needed. The pool was opened for a short time during our stay, but mostly was out of service. Breakfast was above average for a hotel breakfast. Room included a fold out sofa for our 3rd child, which we appreciated. More towels were available when we requested them. Quiet rooms. It was a...

"I accidentally booked a smoking room, they were able to switch us to a non-smoking room without a problem. Bathroom was tiny, but they did warn us about that before we decided to take it. Very friendly staff, clean room"
