"We had a good stay from start to finish. As we entered, a young receptionist (with red hair) greeted us in a friendly way, and responded immediately to a request for extra blankets. It was great to be recognized as we came and went after that! Our room was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the free breakfast. The location right next to other businesses was a plus for my spouse on various walks around the "neighborhood," and it also gave easy access to downtown Middleton and our relatives...

"Staff was amazing! The hot tub is listed but was not working for the duration of our stay which was 6 days. The room was clean but it should have been scrubbed, I suppose because they are remodeling that is why there is a mess or that they just don't care to scrub the older rooms, I am not I did not see what a new room looked like. The stay was good for the price. The breakfast was yummy, eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, cereal, juice, coffee and milk are offered. Breakfast hours are great enough...

"Unfortunately I arrived the afternoon that the hotel was doing major maintenance and construction. During the evening hours I stepped out of my room and the entire second floor hallway was overwhelmed with a burning smell (downstairs construction workers were cutting slab in the dining area). It gave me a migraine :( Not the way I wanted my stay to be. However, the front desk people were very nice and tried to change me to the third floor, but they were booked. If you can, contact the property...

"The room was large and clean and completely comfortable--the hosts thought of everything. The bathtub and shower were both fantastic and we slept well in the bed. The breakfast was fresh and wonderful. Our hosts, Heidi and Tom, were kind and friendly and great to communicate with. They have created a welcome and interesting atmosphere in a terrific location. "The pool area was so great for my kids during a trip back to visit family and friends. It gave them something to be excited about during a long visit with lots of people they didn't know very well :) The hotel is beautiful for this price range. Some of the carpets were pretty worn but overall, it was stylish and very nice. The staff were all super helpful and friendly."

This hotel is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at.
