"There was a barking dog and a very loud TV in the adjacent room. The TV was on continuously even at night. I told front desk staff but nothing was done. I would not recommend this hotel."

"During a very busy weekend, due to the UW-Madison graduation ceremonies, everyone at this hotel was very nice and accommodating during the 4 days we were there. Everything was nice and the employees, at the front desk, the breakfast servers, housekeeping, etc., were top notch."

"The hotel itself was good, but the staff was not. We waited for 10 minutes at the front desk for assistance on Saturday evening, so long that a line had formed behind us. On Sunday morning, the cleaning staff had one elevator door held open, meaning that you could not call the other elevator. She seemed completely oblivious to the problem she was causing. Finally, when we checked out, the person at the desk was eating breakfast and clearly uninterested in doing her job."
