"We had a great time at the Hilton Pensacola beach! The hotel was a little dated but we loved the balcony and the room was spacious(floors were a bit dirty) ice maker didn't work on our floor but no big deal, staff was nice and had ample parking! Close to all the good restaurants and shopping! Over all it was a nice stay"

The only thing that was a little off putting was the lady with the long ponytail that immediately accosted me the moment I sat down in a chair by the pool bc I didn’t have my wristband on. "The floor was filthy. There was sand everywhere. The washer and dryer need proper maintenance performed. It took several cycles to get the laundry clean and dry. The kitchen did not have everything necessary to cook and the dishes had not been washed prior to our arrival. The hot water heater is in need of either a good cleaning or repairs as the hot water only lasted a few moments before running out. There was no extra bedding for the pull out sofa bed. "Pictures posted on website made this place look a lot nicer then it was. Door to the room had sunlight popping threw it down the side, then the humidifier was making noises, this was the only thing I had called the front desk about and she told me to just unplug it and I said are we sure it's working at all because it was super humid in the room when we walked in. So I unplugged it and a maintenance guy was there within 5 minutes but I told him don't worry about it we juat wanted sleep. There...

"This hotel is great. My only concerns are the restrooms near the pool are not handicapped accessible. Also the hotel restaurant has a very limited menu, but that is just my opinion. This facility is awesome."
