"This is one of the BEST resorts I've ever stayed. We arrived early, about 11 a.m., and we were able to get our parking pass and pool pass and able to enjoy ALL amenities until our room was ready. The bar, pool and restaurant were all on point. Very Clean and staff was "Chick-fil-A" Happy Attitude and Helpful in EVEY way. Definitely stay here again in the near future."

"The floor was filthy. There was sand everywhere. The washer and dryer need proper maintenance performed. It took several cycles to get the laundry clean and dry. The kitchen did not have everything necessary to cook and the dishes had not been washed prior to our arrival. The hot water heater is in need of either a good cleaning or repairs as the hot water only lasted a few moments before running out. There was no extra bedding for the pull out sofa bed. "The property is gorgeous, however, they could give you more details than they do. For instance, we opened the room with no instruction, no directories, no anything. The electrical outlets in the kitchen mostly did not work. I tried to use the Keurig and ran it through a few times and it was the most disgusting thing I have seen. Thank goodness, I did bring my own Keurig.. If you like a really really hard bed than you would love this one. I could hardly sleep and when I did get up my back was...

WiFi doesn’t exist on this particular unit, we have to use public WiFi, when I called the front desk, I was advised to reach out to either Expedia or hosteeva since they’re the once I booked with, what a disappointment.
