"The hotel was unresponsive. We didn’t receive any information up front, and upon arrival, the cleaning staff let us in. While she was very kind, we didn’t receive any of the information about the room (like where we could find the A/C remote, wifi password etc). "

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely choose it again. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and spoke excellent English, which made everything easy from check-in to check-out. They were also very flexible with both check-in and check-out times, which we really appreciated.
The location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants and cafés just a short walk away. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay.

"Check-in at the restaurant was easy. Rooms were a good size and clean, a little wear and tear but nothing off putting. The kitchen was well equipped. I enjoyed being able to watch UK TV channels. The restaurant and pool have beautiful views so the hotel earns its name. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious with a good choice of cook to order items. "The view was amazing, I booked a garden view and was given a view of the sea, pool and mountains further away. The area was quiet and a short distance to the beach where there are lots of surfers.
The pool was very shallow for swimming in and like a warm bath with the heat warming it up.
