"Great location! I reserved a room but when I got there a sign was on the door to go check in at the next motel down the block. Well, it was not the next motel it was two or three down the block and a sign was on the door saying they were closed at 4pm and to check in call this number. No, answer when I called, absolutely ridiculous so I went and stayed at the Coast in Penticton. Much better choice. Thanks for nothing but frustration and wasting my time Waterfront!!!"

"The location is perfect, the office lady was super nice. The place is outdated, the beds are hard and I had to clean the coffee pot. But so close to the beach and dog off leash area right across the street"

"The front of the property was dated but inviting. Our room was to the rear of the property and door to our room was unkempt and uninviting. The room itself was as pictured, however the tan and yellow colours were created from age old furnishings, rugs and drapery. The fragrance in the room was that of an age old smoking room.
On the positive the sheets and pillowcases were clean, as was the room.
Staff offered a different room which we looked at however we decided not to stay"

"Le personnel très accueillant, serviable et l'endroit très propre. La possibilité de prendre un verre sur le toit terrasse et même pouvoir y manger. Un autre restaurant intérieur très intéressant et pas trop dispendieux. Je suggère cet hotel à tout le monde car il est aussi très bien situé. Un séjour extraordinaire !!!"
