"Air conditioning didn't work. Internet didn't work. Woke up to bugs on the bed and all over the desk. Got another room for the next day. Air conditioning worked great, still no internet and still bugs. Nowhere near as many but 1 bug is too many. Nice lobby and pool don't do it for me if I have bugs in my room."

"The location seems to have been in a bad part of town. The hotel was run down, not at all a 4 star by any means. The room was falling apart almost. The sheets were tough and not comfortable. It had a nice restaurant and pool that’s it."

"Have stayed there before - a year ago; everything was just as good as before. All communal areas and bedroom and bathroom spotlessly clean. Cristina and her staff are charming and welcoming. Buffet breakfast was of top quality and varied choices to suit all tastes. Cannot speak highly of it - will go again!!"

"Very much a business hotel . The air conditioning and the safe didn’t work when we arrived but were soon fixed to the managements credit . Breakfast is average but sufficient, ruled over by a Manageress with the grace of a Rottweiler . Biggest gripe was noise , the big wide corridor echoed the loud voices of revellers heading to their rooms in the small hours of the morning. Whilst not the hotels fault we were woken on six of the seven nights we stayed . Certainly a comfortable enough stay but...

"Aside from parking which we failed to read about the stay was excellent. Once we figured out the parking situation, the walk from parking was easy and stay was very pleasant and close to everything."

"The reception staff were helpful, and I was allowed an early check in at 1pm, room was bright and clean, and good value, only stayed one night before flying back, but would stay again, well positioned near main roads."

"El desayuno es bastante limitado, el café malillo pero es de máquina, no se puede esperar mucho. Para una noche no está mal, pero se nota que está viejito, sobre todo tema de mobiliario y baño. El personal suele ser bastante amable."

"The staff were all very friendly, especially Maria José at breakfast; she treated us with motherly affection. The hotel is located right in the center of Murcia, and you can easily walk to the city's main attractions in no time. In my opinion, this 3-star hotel could easily reach 4 stars with a little more effort and attention to detail."

"Room was fairly well thought out, bathroom was fine. Staff was helpful in getting me parked off-site, and in explaining most items (except WiFi code). Breakfast which was included was very good."
