Lady at front desk was so friendly and helpful. Elevator/ lift is very small, so could be a problem if there were lots of people waiting. Nice lighting in room. Windows had a metal pull-down shade as well as curtains— nice blackout for those that like that."

1. The owner's communication was bad for the first 2 days. He sent us an email with instructions but there was no phone number to communicate so when we replied with some questions ( like what is the wifi password, it took him more than24 hrs to answer)
2. There isn’t enough hot water for a family to take a shower at a time.
