"If you like closeness to nature, this the place for you. Squirrels, birds and monkeys visited our balcony during our stay. The glass walled villa offers amazing view of the forest in all four directions but if you prefer privacy, draw the curtains, which we didn't have to use. Given the location, expect some ants, mostly in the bathtub but they don't bite or bother us. The adorable resident dogs do bark intermittently at night so bring ear plugs if necessary. Complimentary pickup/dropoff service...

"The Limasan Villa property is in the middle of rural place surrounded by native houses and is very near the airport. aircraft noisy is terrible. The property is far from the beach and the main street. And rural road is narrow and uneven, also smells bad. "As said there is 3 rooms and the master bedroom that the aircond can't be remotely operate and plenty of spider web where the kitchen utensils missing. As for the water pressure is bad that even the flushing bowl isn't working and all rooms seems to be mosquito infestation place if they can make it up better before we gets in then I surely will give it the best review "
