"My fiancee and I only stayed one night at Chateau de La Riviere, and I wish we had stayed longer. Communications with Alice, one of our hosts, were clear and easy. Upon arrival, we were told that we were the only ones staying that night! This made it feel like a fairy tale - a chateau all to ourselves! "Very accommodating and welcoming. Hosts really went above and beyond by helping my mother & I, who speak very little French, make reservations and check nearby activities. The property is interesting (in a good way!), the cats were entertaining, and breakfast was delicious. Will be back!"
