"If you have small children then this is a great resort. We didn’t go swimming as there were always so many children in the pool and spa. The buffet breakfast was great. I didn’t personally like the other food options that much. Lacked taste and appeared to be mass cooked. Check-in process was easy but getting the suit cases up two lots of stairs was hard as there isn’t a lift and no offer from staff the help us. "I had a mixed stay. The good? The staff are lovely overall. The property & gardens are beautiful. Breakfast was delicious. The bad? Unfortunately my room wasn't ready at check in time, which I usually wouldn't be upset about apart from having paid a high rater due to it being holiday season. Skeleton staff was to blame (due to the holiday season) but in my opinion if you're not able to accommodate guests don't charge them top dollar, OR limit the number of rooms on offer, OR at least call...
