"Locally owned and ran by a friendly couple. The room was clean. It was a bit cold when I first got in but turning up the baseboard heaters helped that. The floor was a bit chilly to walk on. One of the chairs upholstery was dirty. All bedding and linens were clean and cozy. The bathroom was small but clean. Not appropriate if you need a handicap bathroom but worked well for this single traveller. Also had a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, a table and 2 chairs, and a little kitchenette...

I liked having a microwave, fridge, coffee maker and tea/coffee in the room as well as basic tableware like mugs and a sink--all in a small compact space. I appreciated the Expedia VIP upgrade. This was a convenient spot to stay-I had about a 15 minute walk to my conference hotel. Third st north of the hotel...
