"Front desk super helpful and friendly. The area is definitely sketchy, but the motel is gated so it feels very secure. Amenities are typical motel amenities. You can drive to nearby a transit center and take the light rail to downtown Seattle."

"It got incredibly hot as there is no a/c. There is a provided fan but it does not cool the room down much. They do not provide wash cloths but do provide hand towels which I found odd. Otherwise it was fine and the room was clean, but many normal hotel rooms are much better for the same or cheaper price."

They gave us a room on the first floor with and alley view and a musty smell. I woke up all stuffed and could barely breathe. They gave us a new room. "I love the staff and the whole vibe of the place. I had a few difficulties related to my mobility issues. It's a very long stairway to get in the building, and there is a big drop when exiting a bathroom (they have a sign on the door about watching your step but it sort of blends in to where I never noticed it until too late). Most importantly, they asked if I was OK with the top bunk and I said "sure, why not" but I didn't realize how high it was and how difficult to get in and out of. Now I...

"Helpful and cheerful staff. Fun Pineapple theme. Clean rooms. Great location to Light Rail and UW. Would have liked more hooks and a shelf or even a storage basket under the sink in the bathroom. Didn’t have a good surface to put my toiletries. There was a “surprise” amenity charge of $69 when we got there. Didn’t use any of the amenities."
