"the room was very adequate for my stay. I was in town for a baby shower and the hosts live right around the area so it was very convenient. I love that Top Banana was right up the street they have great coffee and great pastries. I always enjoy my stay is Seattle, and this was my first time staying in a single room style accommodation and it was just right. If I had an issue it would be that the common are was untidy, and had a bit of a smell like spoiled milk, but I didn't spend any time there...

"It could have just been our room, but it was very loud. Street trash pick up at 4-5am was right outside our window.
Location was great for the price. 5 minutes@ walk to Pikes Market and 20 minute walk to the Space Needle.
Good amenities for a longer stay (kitchenette, microwave, fridge/freezer)."

"Great location in downtown Seattle with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The property was clean, comfortable, and made it easy to explore the city. The only downside was that parking was quite expensive since onsite parking wasn’t provided."
