"Arriving at this villa was breathtaking. The immaculate gardens and beautiful structure gave a Tuscan villa feel while still being close enough by bus to the city centre. We booked a family room for 2 adults and 3 kids which was larger than expected and very comfortable, especially the bed. It had a big balcony where we could see the gardens and sunset which created a great memory. "ALERT! Manager will try to deny this review as he said to us when leaving - THE POOL. Nice view and pool but we had to get our own towels from a bag. We had to clean chairs off of food/cigs & towels after waiting patiently for help. The one pool employee was never proactive. Also BEWARE, the hotel rents out the pool to outside parties so you may be left without anywhere to sit or get service which happened to us on July 21st. THE ROOM, is in high need of renovations. Dirty, bugs, ants...

And all of the buildings had been beautifully restored to return it to originally and feel, but to include all the modern amenities. "Soggiornato qui 2 notti: -Personale cordiale, disponibile e attento. -La camera non era pulitissima (aveva polvere in molti punti) ma spaziosa e ben orientata. -Servizi agibili e ben segnalati ma abbiamo trovato la spa spenta, un peccato (viste le foto online). -Posizione vicina all'arteria autostradale ma fuori da Firenze (40/50 min dal centro). -Colazione a buffet molto ben fornita e varia, apprezzate molto le torte e la varietà della parte salata."
