"Property Manager canceled my reservation 2 hours before checkin. Of course my credit card was already charged for full stay on June 19th. This has happened to me before using Expedia. Hotels dont recognize Expedia’s confirmation numbers. I will not use Expedia in the future because of this problem. "Very pleased with our stay. The staff was exceptional. Our room was clean with a very comfortable bed. Great views, lots of patio areas for most rooms and its waterfront. Would stay again for sure."

"Clean and well appointed room; however, the lighting in the room and bathroom needed to be brighter. The breakfast was standard fare for this type of hotel: ok, but not outstanding."

"We were having AC issues so I booked a room just in case late at night and within 5 minutes learned tge AC started working again so I attempted to cancel (again - less than 5 mins after booking and it was already late in the evening around 10:30 pm). They wouldn’t allow me to cancel despite how quickly I attempted to do so after booking. I get that there are policies but it seems there should have been something they could have done to assist."

"Stayed 2 nights and 3 days but worst experience ever. AC was in the floor broken and Staf said for me to pop it back on- the security move was broken as well- after complaining I was “ upgraded” to a one bed room with dirty sheets and also Ac struggled. Breakfast was a joke. They would not let me cancel but I probably would have been better of sleeping in my truck. Staf was equally bad. The lady sat outside smoking and on her phone."

"The property was massive and had lots of options to choose for experiences, however the majority of the staff weren't really friendly. Additionally the a/c unit had issues throughout the stay such as automatically turning off or reverting to heat from cold. We also had to remind them to clean our room."
