"We had a wonderful stay at the Trident Inn. We needed a dog friendly hotel as we were bringing our dog and they were so hospitable. All the staff was very kind, our room was spacious and very clean. The pool is salt water and they have a bar right off the pool with delicious drinks. Very close and easy walk into town. We would definitely stay again!"

"The only thing clean were the sheets I think. I slept on top of the bed. The air conditioning ran all night long, no matter what temperature you put it at the staff was unseen. The only thing that was great was the location. (they need to update the entire property.)"

"Sheets, pillows and towels needs to be replaced. Sheets were grey. Pillows overwashed and lumpy. Brown throw blanket between sheet and cover needs to be removed completely..didn't seem to be clean. Paint on entrance door was chipping. Damp smell in room. Would not stay again. Staff were friendly."

"We enjoyed our one night stay. We needed an escape from our city life and took advantage of the screened in porch and riverside setting. We had a take out dinner on the picnic table by the river and the kind owner helped us light the firepit. We did have to clean off the table and chairs but understand it’s hard to maintain with all the trees and pollen. The room was immaculate and modern but retained some cool old school touches. "Fire alarm at 3:30 am had to evacuate my room. False alarm due to faulty equipment. I hope they do something to make up for the sleepless night. Also, all my food frozen in the mini fridge."

"It was nice. The room was clean, could definitely use some upgrades though. The kids loved the pool, and I did like that they had grills on property. Close enough to the beach but next time I would probably opt for something more within walking distance. Cute little breakfast display in the morning with fresh baked muffins."

"We loved this hotel. We had to leave our airbnb because they had no appropriate air conditioning and this hotel came in clutch. My daughter loved the pool. Everyone was so nice and friendly. And complimentary breakfast was a big plus."
