"Arrived at hotel and was double charged for booking (by Expedia and front office staff) at checkin. Staff/Manager apologetic and refund the difference in cash.Was initially given a car park view room with balcony over a smoking area and cigarette smell coming up from below. Was promptly given a new room overlooking the river. Excellent hotel and facilities, staff friendly and everything clean. No USB outlet in room."

"This hotel is absolutely awesome in all respects. The craftsmanship of the interior as well as the decor immediately stands out. It's obvious that the housekeeping staff know their jobs as everything is immaculate. The extremely comfortable bed was simply the best and the breakfast was delicious. Parking was easy but this is the off season of course. I highly recommend this property. "
