There were no incidentals charged to the room, just a billing error on their part. "It was just an OK stay being that we traveled 16 hours. Our bedding didn’t smell clean or fresh and the mattress had a dip which irritated our backs and the shower floor had a big hump in the center. We asked if we could get our rooms switched and all we were offered was to get our mattress flip. We stuck it out up to our departure. The good part of it was housekeeping was kind enough to switch out our bedding and clean our room."
