"Beautiful property, you really feel the jungle paradise and the beach area is just perfect! The staff is beyond compare, helpful and friendly. The pool with the ocean and mountains in the background is the cherry on top."

"The room was nice overlooking the lagoon. But it had a smell. A musty smell everytime we walked in. I am not sure what it was from.
The breakfast was good. There was a good selection of items and the staff was helpful. I wo up avoid the busy time. It’s crazy!
Overall our stay at the hotel was nice. I wish the person who checked us in was more attentive and explained where things were and such. Instead, e had to figure out on our own that we needed towel cards, where the towels were and such....
